I’ve been getting my car serviced at Kia for many years. This is the very first time I felt I was treated wrong and taken advantaged. I had I think a 50 k which included my tires being rotated and I was told I needed an alignment. Once the work was done I went about my day and noticed my car was shaking. It was shaking no matter if I was going 30 miles or 60 miles. I brought it back the next day. The service guy first stressed to me that if it isn’t something they did I would have to pay. The service guy came to me and said my car was ready. I asked what was wrong with my car and he said they put the tires back like they were. I said, that means my tires was not rotated if you put them on the same way I brought them in. He said the tires were rotated. I reiterate how is putting my tires back like they were when I came in ,is rotating my tires? He said “your car didn’t like the tires that way”(REALLY). I was done and just left. I can’t believe your service people told me they rotated my tires and didn’t. What if there is something wrong with my car? The shaking could have been caused by something more serous. Now I’ll never know until something happens. This tells me you didn’t want to take the time to find out what was wrong with my car. My last service at Kia I had my gaskets changed and this is why I came in because I was leaking oil. Your service has greatly changed.

ves a bad taste in your mouth, is unfair and will make me call somewhere else next time. I did not charge Kia anything for having to come to the dealership and spend couple hours having something added to the car that shld have been on it in the first place (anti theft). Heard this may not work either. Kia is not winning over people with $170 charge whether it is something minor or not. Tech did good job I assume!

Customer Service was rude
We had an appointment for oil change at 9am (we arrived at 9:05). We were told that it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. After one hour I saw the vehicle sitting outside in the parking lot and inquired if our vehicle was ready. We were told that it hadn’t even been started yet, and that Saturday’s are very busy and that they have us scheduled until 11am. It was not a good experience and made it clear that our time was not important to Kia of Bedford, and the benefit of making an appointment didn’t matter. The amount of time required should have been disclosed upon arrival. Also, my receipt of work done showed that I was actually blocked until 12pm.
Mr. Joseph made every effort to explain things to me. He answered my questions when I was unhappy and made positive suggestions to me.
First of all when my husband arrived at our scheduled appointment they did not have our name & vin # was incorrect. They had to look up my information. Then it took them 3 hours to get an oil change. Totally ridiculous. Had to wait 30 minutes just to get our paperwork.
Joe was very attentive to my concerns. Very professional.
Very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for a pleasant service visit.
