Great staff and service all the way around, got me in and out with the correct completed time. I love Kia of Beford and all of what they do on a daily basis.
Oil change and top off of fluids, tire check. Car wash offered at service was poorly done. Car was wet and covered with dirty water spots. It didn't look like it was washed, just rinsed. Windshield wiper shadow very obvious that the windshields were not washed ????????

On August 13,2021 I had my car service at Kia Bedford. Me and my husband today August 19,2021 one of my tires that Kia Bedford rotated my tires. The back passenger driver side tire is crooked. They put the tire back on sideways and also one of my lugs are missing. This is not good customer service. I am going to call Kia tomorrow and bring back my SUV so they can put the tire back on right and I want them to replace my missing lug on my hub cap. I will not bring my car here again to get repaired.
