I was pleasantly surprised with my service today I was told my service take an hour and a half but in reality it was about 30 minutes.
My car was fixed correct but I don’t like the fact when I went online to book the maintenance It stated that the amount was 113.00 but today when I came in I was told that the amount was 199.00. Besides the service was good!
Jim was professional and courteous. Your Service Department has redeemed my opinion of KOB. I was very upset when I turned my 2018 Buick Encore in for a 2021 Sportage and was stuck paying a $640 disposition fee after being promised I would be out of my GM contract entirely. Didn't even know what a disposition fee was. Turned in a 2018 Buick Encore with only 13,000 miles. Come on man! I am paying a Kia lease and the balance of my disposition fee. By the way, I am retired!

Jim took time after the oil change was done to remove some paint damage from a recent side swipe. I thought I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars to fix the paint job, but he cleaned it up to the point where it looks almost new again. Talk about incredible service!
Excellent service from James. He got me in and out within an hour or so. Was not supposed to wait originally but my plans had changed and James was able to accommodate me. Thank you James for the excellent service.
James Ozello was great to work with he explained everything that I understood he gave me information on things I asked him about he was very concerned with any concerns I had he should be in leadership position where he could train other people with customer service his customer service was spot on everyone should be treated the way he treats his customers so I'm very grateful for him being the person that helps serve me so again I say thank you James
