Invoice # 207116 I had a few questions left over from when I left. The invoice indicates tire rotation. The wheels have locking lug nuts. I do not see where they put the lug nut key after they were done. Also, we purchased the service to wipe down the interior. I fully expected the windows to also be wiped down, especially the rear window. You can see from thepicture, it wasn't touched. I not really confident any of the windows were wiped. There were other spots missed too. And finally, whatever chemical they used has left a really bad smell. It is like musty but much worse. I really feel that the car needs to be detailed more thoroughly. Please advise on this possibility. Thank you

This is the second time I came in to have my car serviced because of a recall. This is the second time that I came in on my scheduled appointment, and the part was NOT in. The service department could have been a little more understanding about my frustration and maybe even apologize. I took two days off of work to bring my car in, and the lack of responsibility was very disappointing. I would think that you know when an appointment is scheduled, you would check to make sure that the part is in and if it’s NOT, you would CALL YOUR customer and tell them it’s not in and TO RE-SCHEDULE! So they don’t keep wasting their time.

I feel like I’m being talked to like I know nothing about my vehicle. I asked about my breaks and rotors at my last visit in April and was told they were in tip top shape now I need rear brakes and rotors immediately and they can wear and tear over a few months. I drove to and from NY last year before I brought it in April. That’s unbelievable when this vehicle is barely driven 6 miles daily. Then quoted $450 like people have that kind of money at a drop to spend. When I questioned why wasn’t my brake pads addressed at my last visit I was brushed off. I’ll take it somewhere else for a second opinion. The service department is starting to be a money grab at this point. My vehicle has been well taken care of and has only needed minor things taken care of over 3 years. This is my 3rd vehicle from this location. I’m not happy with the service department at all. I do not need a call.

I'm just unhappy with the car. Service of this vehicle seems to be pricey for a car with less than 25,000 miles on it. Some of the repairs, I feel should have been covered by kia, because it had nothing to do on my part of driving the vehicle. Example, when the car leaked water from under the dashboard into the car and then after it was "fixed", I was told "I" had to purchase a vac to dry the inside interior. Why didn't Kia dry my vehicle on the inside?

Customer service was wonderful as always. James even asked me if I wanted a car wash. He's the 1st one to ever offer me that. I didn't even know there was such a thing. Thanks James Ozello for making me feel like a special customer even though all I got was an oil change lol.
