Simon took very good care of me . I came in knowing I wanted to trade in my old car but I didn’t know what car I was looking for to get . After test driving a couple cars Simon made me feel secure knowing he was going to help me get the exact car I wanted ! Thanks again Simon ! Also I came back to get my front brakes done and Anthony is a life saver ! The workers at Kia of Bedford are amazing

Thank you for not just telling but showing me what needed to be done. And conditioning that calipers and new break pads and roters fixed that alignment issue I had the car drives straight!

Didnt appreciate the lack of honesty and integrity of rep that handled Mr appt. He simple didn't believe me in saying that I am an extended warranty, and didn't want to check for warranty, until I had to call company myself. Very poor customer service

I’ve always brought my car into the dealership and have had zero issues for five years I have owned my Sorento. Then it seemed it was one problem after another. Not Only with technicians not being able to find the problem I was having, but I had issue with the service. I’ve had my car in and out for awhile and finally handled my issues and they were resolved. I walked away feeling better that my car was taken care of. Thanks Eric

Even though I had an appt. they still had me there for over a hour for an oil change.. Once my lease is over I will probably just go to quick oil change place. Sorry but time is valuable to me..
