My service was excellent as always. Anthony was very courteous. He made sure I was aware of the start, halfway point, and completion of my service. After my service was completed he came with my paperwork explained my services done and walked me out to my car. Extremely helpful.

I really had to insist on getting a diagnostic at KIA since Anthony believed that my battery was not the right one for my car and it wasn't a KIA battery and likely was not inStalled properly. I didn't understand as I have had my car in for service and it was never noted as a problem before. He advised me that KIA had no reason to check the battery, but I explained that is why I bring the car in as part of my routine service?
I initially brought my car in because I had intermittent problems where the car wouldn't start. He further advised that KIA couldn't diagnose the problem if they didn't observe it? Fortunately, Anthony did observe the problem and I persisted that KIA run the diagnostic. As I understand it, the battery is fine but the cable and terminals had to be replaced. I just wish that Anthony wasn't so defensive. It makes our communication difficult. I am satisfied with the diagnostic outcome and I feel that it would have been a waste of time to report a problem with my year old battery from Auto Advance.
Eric was very friendly and polite and took care of me right away. And was in and out. Very good service.
