It is always an awesome experience when I have to visit the KOB service department. I’m always greeted with professionalism and a touch of personal customer service. I feel more like a family member than just a number and that is what makes me a loyal customer.
Anthony has been my service person for years. He has a consistent attitude of excellent customer service. He demonstrates exemplary awesomeness.

Always gives good service to me as a customer. He always makes sure I and other customers are satisfied with the service on our vehicles. I appreciate the Great Customer Service that Eric gives for KIA.
I assume he was doing his job. But, I had asked if a blinking lightbulb could be put in for me. I had the light bulb with me. I was told by the representative that you all do not pop lights. This service would have taken less than one minute. I could not see the problem with putting it in. But, maybe that's just me. All I know is, if I had been working for Kia Motors that would not have been a problem for me too do a customer.
