Thanks to the manager for getting my truck in I had to slow leak need a new tire and had to get it done that day at first the service department said I could not get my car service because they didn’t have the help better the manager saved the day he made sure my truck was looked at and than I needed a new tire there wasn’t a tire there in the size I needed so I was goi g to have to leave my truck but once again the manager saved the day right before I was going to have to go get a rental the tire truck came in and he had my car done and ready to be picked up thank you so much for having a great caring manager
It was fast and affordable and efficient. You can’t ask for anything more.

kia of Bedford has some of the nicest staff I've ever experienced! I've been with Kia since 2016, and I've never experienced anything different. Anthony is always super warm and welcoming! And he is great at communicating with customers every step of the way!
Hour and a half for a simple oil change is ridiculous and $68 is absurd won't be getting my vehicle serviced at kia anymore
This is my second time having Anthony as my service provider - he is always professional, friendly, and provides excellent service.
Due to cars being broken into- I shouldn’t have had to pay for both a window and 200 for service!! That’s not right at all. Window or service should at been at least free!
My window was broken into around November and I contacted Kia and they set me up for an appointment for January 6th, I got up there to find out that they never ordered the window. They then ordered the wrong window and I had to wait until today to get the correct window. After service they did not even wash my car.
Not satisfied at all with the service or experience of buying a Kia from Bedford. They also did not give me any security protection for my car. I should not be paying 564 dollars a month for this car.
Anthony was amazing! I never been offered a ride home until today! They dropped me off and picked me up! Anthony was exceptional!
