The last straw was getting my key and walking out of the building and not finding my car.The first problem was when I said my horn didn't work and your rep said there would be a charge to check it.

It was very stressful and the fuse box is still missing a top and the bumper is still cracked. :/ and the airbag light is still on. After a car theft and my life being in general upheaval as a result, this is not a pleasant experience. I would like these issues fixed.
Anthony was very helpful and sweet. He notified me on new repairs/update my car was due for. He made sure I was getting the right services on my vehicle and explained what I could expect in the time to come. Very pleasant and patient.

Hello,
I am completely satisfied with the vehicle, however
I’m confused by the numbers on the lease. I wish I had
asked about it at the signing, but after signing and initialing
many pages, followed by an equal digital amount of pages
I was ready to get it done. There were over $1000 worth
of fees I was assured there wouldn’t be any hidden fees by the initial
salesperson back in November. This sales person was replaced by
Jake Campian who followed up on the transaction.
When I got home and took a closer look I was taken aback by all these fees, and honestly felt someone pulled the wool over my eyes, and blamed
myself for not questioning it before I signed the papers.
You asked, and I’m giving you my honest feedback.
I would love the opportunity to have someone deconstruct
the numbers on the car lease for me, so they
might make more sense to me.

Ask about a oil leak got over talked
Disappointed on how I was handled I have brought 3 Kia’s at the Bedford location. I guess loyalty does not count anymore. The heart ache of having the most stolen car in America does not help.
I have known Anthony since purchasing my vehicle and is one of the best in your service Dept. He’s always friendly and knowledgeable. Please treat him well as I don’t want to see another good one leave. Thanks!
