I got service excellence today
My case was closed, I continue to have oil problems. During the oil consumption test both the first time and the second time the mechanics would over fill my oil so it would show that I didn’t lose as much oil. I have pictures and dates when this was done. I was told that when my dip stick was a quarter inch from the bottom, the oil was only down less than a quart, I feel this is dishonest. I have done my oil changes every 4 to 5 thousand miles each time and because I can’t show receipts for 5 oil changes they closed my account. I still have twenty-five thousand miles left on my warranty. I am not satisfied with Kia.
