Unbelievable Service! ???? When I entered the building James was the first person to greet me. I appreciate how James went above and beyond to make sure I knew how long my car was being serviced and offered me a cup of coffee while I waited.
Also James offered to wash my vehicle, which he didn't have to do. I can tell that James takes pride in his work and look to make Kia's clients happy and satisfied!

Air conditioning is not working. I mentioned this during my scheduled service for the rattling noise coming from the suspension. I was told that the A/C was fixed but it is only blowing warm air. The rattling noise is still present. This is the last time I will be taking my vehicle for any type of service to your location.
1st appointment girl never saved tire for scheduled appt.
2nd appointment took 3 1/2 hours for tire.
No communication saying why taking this long.
I need recalls done but I'm afraid to bring it in we may never get the car back ????

An alignment still needs to be performed. I was informed my vehicle is completely done and was test driven. My vehicle was returned to me by the technician that worked on it and he stated that it will still need an alignment. I will have to return the vehicle the following day because I need my vehicle to get to and from work.
