My air conditioning is still not coming out good though the defogger, it still does not cool off my car at all and who wants the air to be in their face and on my knees the whole time.

I wanted my car to be completely fixed. I complain about a noise which wasn’t even wrote down in the paper work about my car. I was told that Kia service was the best but I was wrong.

They charge me for an oil change, and l did not come in for a oil change ????. I can in because I head loud sound coming from my front tire, so they give br a new brake and charge me for oil change that l did not asked for.
