From the drop off to the pick up it was unorganized and Anthony was not easy to work with. Also I was told I was going to have my paper work sent to me and I still have not received anything and I have called 3 times about this. Nothing yet
Just one thing they left the
cover off on the fuse box by
the driver side. I thought Kia would wash my car like it used to.:(

Doing the diagnostic took to many days , For a work that was done in less than 2 hours..
i waited a really long time (almost 2 hours) for just an oil change when i had an appointment. and i could tell they were trying to take advantage of the fact that i’m young and a female, thinking i didn’t know anything about my car.

The service manager was thorough and forthcoming with need additional services but the prices for the parts and services gave me sticker shock!
My service cost $300 but the 2 additional items and service would have been an additional $500! Makes people shy to purchase new knowing the service is so expensive. It's Kia not Mercedes!

Things used to be really nice when I went in for service. With covid I've not been there for a year or so. Things just aren't the same. It's hard to explain, the service was pretty good but a few great employees I enjoyed working with are gone and that really changed my experience there

Easy to make an appointment, got there and was taken in immediately. I left and picked up my car later that day, no waiting, went over plans to come back for the recalled cap, and left. Waiting for the part to be shipped to them and will take my car back, and per the service department, I drive in, they put the cap in and off I go. Thanks for a great experience.
