It was the second time I came there to have my car fixed. I had clearly explained the problem with the collision warning system before my visit. But the technicians were not able to solve the problem. I was told that the car "wasn't acting up", so they didn't even try to fix it. That was completely unprofessional!
The service rep tried to explain things to me but I didn't understand anything he was saying so could have done a better by speaking to me on my level but was very good otherwise
Anthony was very helpful and arranged to get me a ride home so I could work and meet a handyman at the house while Kia was working on my car. He went above and beyond!

I your Satisfied with the mechanic he told me everything he went over but my brakes is still sounding bad for is the service of my car getting fixed I think I just bought a lemon because the car is not two weeks old and I'm having trouble already so I imagine for the next five years

Fantastic service! Anthony was super nice and had me smiling during my entire appointment.
Kyle did not provide good customer service. He had an attitude from the moment I walked in. I asked how long it would be for a flat repair and he told me “maybe 2 hours or maybe a few days”. I told him I needed a vehicle if it would be a few days. He said no rental or loaner car and I would have to pay for it all on my own. He did not let me know my car would actually be done in an hour and a half and I paid $50 for a rental for less than 2 hours. He was not helpful. Very short and rude offering no solutions. I will never come to Kia of Bedford again.
