Came in to Kia of Bedford for my rotaters and breaks to be fixed due to the shaking and pulsating when every place my foot on the break. I drove off the lot and got on the freeway as I’m exiting the freeway I break and my car started shaking worse then before after I spent my last to get this fixed now I’m afraid to drive to see my family in Columbus I don’t feel safe in my own car.

James Ozello is outstanding. He follows the rules and guidelines of your company. As well as putting the customers needs 1st. On my way to work car started shutting down. I remembered what James said if the engine light comes on again bring it back. I was a nervous wreck. Car acting up late to work. However James was there soft spoken calm. Let me know the everything was going to be alright. It was 2 hours later i was Escorted to my car with a smile. James Ozello is Kia of Bedford he is the go to guy thank you. He is totally awesome
