Eric is the best. Goes out of his way to be sure all your questions are answered and is polite and professional.

Eric along with all the other people were very friendly right from the beginning. I came in without an appointment but he got me right in and out. He took his time talking to me about the concerns I had, explaining what the issue could of been caused by. He had extensive knowledge that he was willing to share with me. This was first time with an all wheel drive vehicle which he explained the importance of tire rotation to make sure the tires wear evenly. Lastly, he did not try to sell me something I did not need. I will be back with my other car for all its service needs. This was a wonderful experience that I will pass on to my friends!!

Jim the service advisor was frustrated because he couldn't connect to the dignify web site and because he has no number and I when I try to help him he said mam please I got this so I took out my and I call them and he was very inpatient with lady on line her attitude was very good she was trying to be a help to him. He was trying to rush the paper payment through because he had the total amount 735 on the service paper and she said to him finish the service and then get back wth me and I will walk you through on how to get your money for the service you have done. I understand that you guys want to get paid I get that but it kind of made me nervous signing for the loan I never did anything like that before it was my first and last time doing that. I learn in my life that we don't know everything but if a stranger passes by you one day and offered some help to your problems take it whether it be in person or on the phone take it they just my have the solutions to your problem.from the scale from 1 to 5 he gets a 2 because he needs know you can't do everything by yourself learn from other everyone else in service gets 5 thank you.

Very fast and reliable

My vehicle servicing was completed in an hour which was 15 minutes prior to the estimated time I was given. My vehicle had a CPU upgrade and it ran extremely well with a significant power increase. I didn’t know hiw sluggish it had been until my drive home. Also, I always appreciate the complimentary car wash and chocolate chip cookie. Thanks to all the good professionals at Kia of Bedford Service Department.

Service was prompt and polite. I had access to amenities. I will buy another kia.
