Since I've purchased my vehicle,and had it serviced at kob,its been all bad.i was just there feb.12.2019,the check in lady tried to fast talk me and lied to me in my face,I requested to speak to management,where he solved the problem when the lie that was told to me is we dont have the part in,remind you this is a part they messed up from the beginning that I initially called about at one time.but I'm very dissatisfied with job service department.
