He took care of everything in a suprising time frame, and took my concerns seriously. He was very polite, and had a smile the whole time. There was some miscommunication and my truck sat in the driveway for over an hour without service. However Mr.Livingston once the problem was realized kick into high gear to get it handled and get me on my way.
