Every time I come to KOB the staff is great! Eric is always a pleasure to deal with. Whenever I come in for service, from the time I enter the garage to the time I go to the sweet lady and pay my bill it’s a great experience. Your staff is awesome!

The problem with the car didn’t make any sense
After spending almost 3hrs out there for my repair I now have to bring it right back because now my automatic starter is not working. It was working fine prior to your service. So I'm not satisfied.
