Today I got an answer to what is going on with my car and the part was ordered and my car will be repaired next week with the new part.

Had to pay insurance for 3 days on rental at $15 a day that wiped out $50 deposit on rental. Please keep batteries in stock at all times. Sales person was great he did all he could do. I valued his service.

My concerns were not addressed at all. I was made to feel as though i was insignificant i will take my car elsewhere for service in the future regardless of the distance i have to travel. To tioe it off i called and left a messg2for the general manager and to no surprise at all the xall was never returned.so far going to your dealership was a mistake in my opinion!
