Anthony has great customer service skills.
He didn't tell me anything I walked around from the main floor to see if my car was ready,then the man at the desk took me to the cashiers to pay for my service. No one told me what else was wrong with my car or what my car needed done they just gave me the paper ffor what was done to it. Everytime I get my car serviced no one came to me to tell me what else I needed.
Jim checked me in, explained what my service appointment would include with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and humor. My visit was completed in less time than was anticipated! Great job from the beginning of my visit to the end!
