I was disappointed when I was told that my free oil change had expired as I was never told that. However, the staff was kind enough to give it to me at no charge. The waiting room was comfortable and the free snacks were an added bonus. Anthony was very nice. I will be back soon when my oldest daughter gets her driver’s license.

In October we had the car in for maintenance and asked about replacing key fob since a set of keys had been lost. We’re told we had to order a replacement and had to pay upfront. Paid ~$400. Was told they would call us when the part was in. No call in November. No call in December. I called in January, left a message, no return call. Today we had the car in, and they give us the fob, and tell us that $400 gets you only the fob, not the actual key! We have to order the key separate! So 8 months after paying $400, we still don’t have everything we need. The guys who did the oil change didn’t even take the old sticker off, just put a new one on. Honestly could not be less satisfied. Once we’re done with this transaction, we will be done with your service dept.

Everyone I came in contact with was very cordial and polite. The snack section was delightful. The rep walked me out to the car when it was ready and then gave me a cookie. I highly recommend this Kia dealership for service.
