I was pleased with their services.
Jim is very personable and always professional. He is also very knowledgeable of Kia products and services and answers any question or concern that I have regarding my vehicles performance. He ensures the exterior is washed and that no paper, plastic wrap is left in vehicle before retiring the keys to me. He leaves a chocolate chip cookie on the dash that I never eat because I’m not a fan of chocolate. Nevertheless, the cookie becomes a treat for someone else.

It’s a shame the people involved in leasing you a vehicle don’t service customers the way Mr Ozello and his team does. I don’t like Kia of Bedford as I was ripped off br a salesman and his manager. I am a retired real estate Broker. I have dealt with people for over 50 years. I was lied to HAD NUMBER S CHANGED told Mr Simpson , he acknowledged the situation. This isn’t answering your question. I want to repeat Mr. Ozello is an accent to Kia It took me 7 months to come for my first oil change. I hated coming to where I was ripped off. Thank you Mr Ozello I appreciate you.
