There was no explanation before my vehicle was disassembled (for a seat bag recall) that there was a possibility of failing a “test”. I have been without my van for 3 months. Yes I have a loaner, but I’m making car payments on a vehicle I can’t drive. We don’t understand how a recall can be made without having parts to repair the problem. We feel there should be compensation made. As for the representative he did all he could! Not happy with Kia.
