I brought my car into service in May I spent $800 and was told to bring my car back for a cup llink repair and since it’s under warranty it would be covered. I request a schedule change at work to bring it back June 28 for Eric to call me back and tell me it is not my cup link and he wants me to know that he wasted a lot of time checking the cup link. Like it’s my fault one of his mechanics told me that at last and very expensive service appointment. He tried to do nothing to help me Ken come to an understanding just pay pay or stop wasting his time.

Great job Eric of Kia! You were most excellent. Service garage was swamped and you still managed to provide great customer service. It sucked not having my car back until the next day. But you offered a loaner if it was to be any longer. Thanks! Working in a job where you have to deal with customers and their broken cars is a stressful job. You're doing great!

Usually complimentary beverages are offered and the next type of service is recommended. It might have been because I came later on in the day and usually get the first appointment. However he was very friendly and informed me of all work done and price. The service is usually pretty good. I’m happy to be a repeat customer.

James was EXCEPTIONAL. He went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was serviced the day I brought it in... I did not have an appointment and the shop was extremely busy. My car was serviced and I was out of there within two hours. I never felt like a **** and I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. It’s the service department and it’s exceptional customer service that will keep me a loyal Kia driver for a very long time. Thank you SO, so much.
