Not happy at all! The coupon wasn’t fulfilled at all! I never knew a car dealership could differentiate from a corporate coupon! As well the multi point inspection wasn’t carried out as well! The tire pressure wasn’t adequately checked! Nor the other fluids! If this is how the dealership carries out a coupon then maybe I’m in the wrong family of cars!!!

Anthony was very courteous and displayed professionalism. My issue is with first the Kia Roadside assistance. Not only did they not relay the proper information to the towing company (about my 2 yr old Special Needs granddaughter being in the car with me in 92° weather) which NEVER came nor did the police that was supposedly dispatched as well, due to safety reasons. After 3 hours of checking the status periodically, I canceled the call because AAA said 30 minutes or less which they were there in 18 minutes. Now I don't have any tows left on my AAA. Second after talking to KOB twice to inform them of the situation and letting them know that the car would be towed there. When my husband got there, Eric was NO HELP at all. He literally walked away from my husband and left the building as if he wasn't standing there talking to him. The next day I went to KOB to find out what the next step would be just to be walked past by James O about 3/4 times without being asked may he help me or have I been waited on. I then approach his counter and says good morning, introduced my self and proceeded to explain the situation just to be told that I must speak to Eric so I asked for a Manager and was directed to Mike. He put me in a rental. On Tuesday after droping the rental off, I went to pick my car up, I was told my keys were locked in the mechanics box and that it'll be a little while because he's not in. After 2 hrs of being patient as possible, asking them to deliver my car because I had things to do and requesting the number to the corporate office, Mike finally comes out side as I'm waiting on my ride and ask me to sign the paperwork. WORST experience ever with KOB and 4 days I've ever had ????????. Anthony was doing the best he could to get me my keys while helping other customers as well. Thank you for your great service Anthony. This will most likely be my last dealings with KIA when I turn this lease in. We were looking into purchasing but this situation has definitely changed my mind. Have a Blessed Day and a safe July 4th!!
