Felt the service department booted me out quickly without thoroughly inspecting my vehicle! When the problem was system related in the first place! The service guy told me i had to take it to the place where I got my remote started installed or pay for them to further inspect the vehicle. When I picked my truck up the mechanic was really nice said he was able to fix it and it was related to the computer when I was told it wasn’t! Just felt they rushed and didn’t take necessary time to properly inspect my vehicle. Also requested for air in my tires they didn’t do it neither did they wash it they had it distinguishes out in rain and I had to walk in rain to my vehicle! Terrible experience

This was my first oil change in my telluride that I truly love. However, my experience with service for the 1st Time was not a very good one. I picked up my vehicle and by the time I got to my destination not even 10/15 minutes away my vehicle started failing. The lights in the dash including oil light came in. I was able to get the car to a parking spot and the car began leaking oil profusely. I attempted to call the dealer service department and kept getting transferred to a voicemail. I called several times and explained to the person answering the phone the situation and ask her to go and tell someone in service that I needed to speak with them. That employee chose not to. I then had to call my husband who had to leave work just to get in touch with the service department. Delete service rep was very helpful and understanding. He sent a tow to pick my vehicle up. He explained that their was a cap that was in a tight spot. It was very disappointing to have a new car in the parking to only be towed and leaking oil. My vehicle was returned as I needed to get to a meeting by 2pm. I hope this is not a demonstration of what to expect from Bedford of Kia. I hope that this issue does not cause my vehicle to ride any differently or cause any other issues.
As always the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm always treated respectfully and the service is always great. Mr. Mazzocco has assisted me several times and he's always kind and considerate. Thank you again for your service.
