Nothing wS done, parts need to be ordered then painted anther week goes by and Im inconvenienced having to bring it back again for the mirror to be installed. I called to make my appointment 5/13. NO ONE CALKED ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT I HAD TO PRE PAY THEN THEY WOULD ORDER THE MIRROR. IF ANYOBE IN THE LAST THREE WEEKS WOULD HAVE PICKED UP A PHONE TO LET ME KNOW TO COME IN AND PRE PAY, I WOULD HAVE A NEW MIRROR ON MY CAR TODAY. THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHY I WILL NOW USE KIA OF BSDFORD. THIRD TIME I GOT SUB STANDARD SERVICE! I will continue to drive to Halleen or Dauherty Kia
