Jewel Mach was very nice and kind. But telephone system didn't work well. I couldn't get a live person on the phone. I went in kia Bedford and I got set up for my appointment with a live person.

Rude,unprofessional, was checked in by Livingstone, told him what was going on with MY SEAT, talked to me as though I didn know what I was taking about then when I expressed other concerns got out of car hastily and asked if I wished to deal with the person from last, I asked why does it matter was told that I SEEMED AS THOUGH I HAD AN ATTITUDE. First thing someone says when they don't want to deal with an issue. My problem still has not been resolved.i tried to explain that my car shakes the same as last year but because no check engine light came on my car was given back to me with the same problem, tried telling him no check engine light will come on, didn care to hear. Also told him the car was kept over night the problem was found immediately. This was after the 3 or 4th time bringing it in and crying in the lobby. No one cares unless your trying to make a purchase then everyone is all smiles.

Eric was very helpful during my service today. After hearing the sound he explained what he thought it was and let me know approximately how long it would be. He was pretty spot on with the timing!
