Anthony is a very good service rep. He was there to answer all my questions. Also let me know that the service Dept was running a little behind. Which was good to know ahead of time, since I had to be somewhere in 2 hrs..
Impossible to get our telephone calls answered. Found a grease spot under the car this morning—concerned there is still a leak.
Anthony was excellent. He even offered to stay late for a few minutes because I was going to arrive to pick up my vehicle about 5 min after the service department closed. Much appreciated!!

Anthony did his best to "squeeze" me a walk in to get an oil change. At the time I was asking he promised nothing but spoke with some of the guys in the shop and came back and said it's all set but may take a couple of hours. I gave him the keys and he gave me a snack voucher. Nice touch. It was less than an hour and I was on my way for a holiday trip. He's very professional and takes.that extra step to make sure the customer is happy. Anthony is an asset to Kia Bedford. He's a keeper. Give him a raise. This was my first visit and thanks to Anthony I'll be back.
