2nd round of oil level tests, was initially told procedure should take 20 min max, today 2 hrs later and was told it may be a few hours more?? Koa should already know I am having engine issues, feel I am being jerked around. Will be calling to speak w service mgr. Wonder if I will continue to drive a Kia
Anthony could use some help with his communication skills. He seemed to have difficulty explaining what I may or may not be charged for. I was made to feel very uncomfortable at his desk when I asked follow up questions. That being said he seems like a very kind individual.
I would also like to mention whenever I leave messages on the service voicemail I rarely get return calls.
Each service my car is brought in by Shaker Auto Lease and you are asked to contact them when the vehicle is ready. Every time you let me know and not them.
My first time here and having Anthony greet me and get me checked in was the best intro KOB could hope to provide. I was treated very well and he made a potential problem with me not bringing the “We Owe You” form (which no one told me to bring) a non-issue. Was a very good first experience. Thank you Anthony!
