Anthony Mazzocco did a wonderful and professional job in insuring our vehicle was serviced properly and as promptly as possible. Due to a terribly poor experience with another KIA dealership’s service department, we had decided to abandon KIA at our earliest convenience. When I first arrived to service desk there wasn’t anyone there. I waited about 15 minutes before I had to go ask someone was there anyone to help me. Several employees passed me but not one asked have I been helped, if someone had simply asked if I had been assisted my experience would have been great like my other experiences there.
