The car wash is courtesy I get it however the rear of my car was noticeably dirty as the front and sides were wet and semi-clean. That could be improved. I appreciated the military discount, thank you again. Maybe you could stock up the night before on snacks as the courtesy ticket is for a snack and beverage but there weren't any snacks.It is advertised on the site that a shuttle can be available if you live in the area, I asked for that but was not granted it. This was due to false advertising as the mgr stated we don't have a shuttle service. So I had to wait 2 hours there when I could've went 3 Miles home. You advertise game play but I was told the game was broken. Thank you.

Eric has always been a big help, fast friendly and professional. He's the reason I come back to KOB for any service I need. It would be nice however if KIA would cover the cost of my defective headlamp assembly's. Very dangerous to drive the car at night as the headlight hardly project light on the road. (Factory HID housings with the projector bowl burnt)
