I would ask that the representative making the appointments be more knowledgeable about the type of service the vehicles need. When I asked the price for the 15K mile service I received today, I was told “I think it’s $139”. The price quoted today was $186. Eric did explain that because we recently received our oil change and tire rotation 2 weeks ago the amount would less but the lesser amount was what the appointment representative quoted me over the phone. Things like this should be explained when we’re making our appointments so there is no confusion when we arrive for the appointment. Shouldn’t they know exactly what it is?? Also, I had to explain to the service team twice that when I start my vehicle their is a message that comes on that says service is needed with a count down on days and miles. It was supposed to be addressed at my last appointment and it was not. We had to explain to Eric that this issue needs to be addressed. I don’t feel like Eric was sensitive to my concerns and frustration when we first arrived to drop off the vehicle. I felt he more so brushing my concerns off as if what I was saying wasn’t important. If I had to rate Eric on his custom service I would give him maybe a 6. In the end he did offer us a couple that we wasn’t aware of so I don’t think his service was bad but I think he can work on making the customers feel like he cares about our concerns.

Proper communication, better customer service and leadership classes need to be a focus, this place lacks so much leadership in guiding the employees properly.
