The people were exceptional the problem was I dropped my car off at 730 called back at 3 to find out the status and your phone system kicked me to a voice mail box that you couldn't leave a message went up there at 3 to check on status and still waited and hour and a half this could have been avoided if the phone system worked again the employees were exceptionally friendly

Appointments don't seem to matter. I had an oil change and tire rotation and it still took one hour and a 1/2. With a appointment it should not take that long.
Eric took care of me as soon as I walked in. He & the Kia team were courteous, efficient & explained everything to me.
Everyone was very nice and I was pleasantly surprised to find out my oil change only cost $34.95! Great customer service, this was my first time using Kia service but it won’t be my last.
