Although my car is still under warranty I was charged for the work.
Mr. Mazzocco was personable and responsive to my request to have my tires rotated to the pattern that I preferred. He recommended front and rear brake service as a preventative measure, but I did not feel pressured to have the work done, although I did have the work done. I appreciated that he gave me a coupon that was applied to the work I had done on my car. My hat's off to Mr. Mazzocco. Thanks.

Well, I will say that the car had a smoke smell and it was cleaned and detailed overnight to get it smelling nice! Travis Bortz got the job done. But I did notice immediately while driving it home from the lot that the tire pressure light blinks and stays on signifying a malfunction in a censor. This wasn’t talked about by anybody to me at all—which—why would it be if it’s trying to be sold to me. However, it is kind of upsetting that it wouldn’t have gotten fixed before being sold me. I think it’s under factory warranty, so I wonder where I would go to get this taken care of?

I scheduled an oil change appointment last week and called to confirm time and was informed no appointment had been set but to come in as I could be squeezed in. Once my car had been serviced it took longer for the paper work to completed than the oil change as one service guy was doing all the paperwork for the customers as another service guy stood around doing nothing!! Although I appreciate being squeezed in...even though i made an appointment the service reps lacked customer service skills!!
