I had to talk to director of service department in order to be able to get repaired what i was promised before i even purchased vehicle. Very disappointed in Kia

I was lied to. I was told before i purchased my minivan the issues i pointed out to salesman where going to get fixed and they weren't. You guys say whatever the customer wants to hear in order to make a sale. I am very disappointed with Kia and i will never recommend to anyone.
Everything was fine but I had a 10:30 AM appointment and waited 2 1/2 hours for an oril change and a tire rotation it was not the guys fault at the desk but what was the point of having an appointment when walk-ins went in front of me.
He was very supportive and helpful resolving my tire issue. This made the rest of my day very pleasant. I was happy with my car service thank you very much.

I thought the oil change came with a car wash. My car was just sprayed with water. It looked dirtier than it did when I brought it in. Otherwise I was satisfied with the people who work at the desk.
James was great to work with. The service group was very conscious about masks and and distancing. But there were too many of the sales staff walking around with no mask or with a pulled down mask.

I had an appointment at 11... I was told it would be an hour for my oil change. I still hadn’t received a call by 1p. I arrived at the shop and my car was sitting there done. This is the second time it’s taken way to long for service. Why set up appointments if they aren’t going to get done when promised.
