Complete terrible service. Took well over 2 hours for a simple oil change. When they finally finished and gave my wife her van back. She drove off and it’s making a noise it wasn’t making before. And all they did was an oil change. Then they have her a rental car that has lights all over the dash. This is a complete joke of a service department.
They did the Best Job and let know when too come back.

I appreciate you guys take surveys. Yes, for the most part I’m satisfied. I arrived about 9:30am and didn’t leave till 4:50. I believe that was way too long. All staff are courteous and attentive. Overall, I appreciate Anthony’s service. Thank you Kia.
The staff is very polite and answers my questions but I have taken my vehicle back 3 times now for the same issue which is white smoke from the tail pipe and increased oil consumption - I am needing to add 1 quart of oil about every 1,000 miles. I was told that I need to do another oil consumption test (despite having just done one.) I have taken the car to 2 other mechanics and they all think the car has a central oil leak causing it to spill oil into the exhaust system which produces the white smoke. This is covered under warranty but is otherwise a very expensive repair. It seems like Kia is trying to get out of honoring the 100 mile warranty. I am considering purchasing a telluride for my next car but this experience is making me want to steer clear of Kia forever!
