Robert is good at customer service and pays attention to what's going on around him. He saw me taking a business call and looking for something to write down some information with and quickly provided me with a pen and paper to write without me even asking or interrupting. I saw he was polite and professional with other customers, even when a lady in there walked away immediately he told her that he had one more item for her to sign before she could go. He also asked everyone that came in for service if they would be needing a ride anywhere for him to contact Lyft and pointed out where the coffee was when I said I was going to be waiting while my vehicle was being serviced.

We were very happy that Robert took care of us right away. We had our car jump started by a Service rep by OnStar. Thankfully, we had only to pay $25.00 to install a new battery! We appreciate Robert for helping us. So relieved to know we don’t have to worry about being stranded again! Thanks Robert !
