Jose was perfect & took care of me while I waited for my truck to be finished. He explained the process of using the shuttle/lyft program. He informed me of the customer lounge and the availability of coffee. No problems no complaints!!!

My tires were rotated and the lug nuts were not tightened my girlfriend tryed to drive home and then wheels made a really bad noise so she got scared and drove back to the dealer and the service person drove with her to listen to what the problem was and both times my loved ones was in danger so NOTHAPPY

Your service department was unable to determine what causes the recent decrease in mpg. Robert did suggest that the cause could be attributable to a bad fuel source but I knew that before I came in. I was expecting to have the service department identify the problem.
