GMC. I dropped my car off for service and the part had to be shipped which wasn’t a problem. Left my car with you guys for two weeks and the deadline I was given for completion of service wasn’t meet. I understand shipping isn’t is out of your control so it’s no fault to you guys. But don’t make guarantees that won’t hold up. While my car was in your possession I asked to get a oil change and I was told it was done. But when it was time for pick up, no oil changed was conducted. I drive home and the next day a different service light comes on that never has come on prior to me dropping it off.
