I took my car for the check engine light they change the part on it and they say that it was fixed by when I was riding on the light came back on I called Robert left a message but he never call me back

Satisfied, yes, but a little frustrated that your service rep was not informed on what to do if and when customers brought in paperwork related to a recall as directed by GM. We expect them to know about these things when we come in.

I asked for my software to be updated on my Intellilink. They went ahead and charged $160 to update, but nothing changed on the system. Would have liked to know that nothing would change. I was refunded after I complained. But, good customer service would have told me upfront.

José Valdez is everything you need in a customer service representative, he is fast, efficient , direct, he dont waste your time, very easy to talk, Spanish and English, very nice people. He deserve to be in charge, because he need to be the one setting the bar for everybody at any GMC dealership.
