I came in because there was noise from my rear suspension. Service was done to brakes, but not rear suspension. I asked Mr. Jose if they had sprayed or oiled the rear suspension. He said no and the noise was coming from the brakes. I looked under the truck and showed Mr. Jose that the rear leaf springs had been oiled. I also took pictures. My paperwork does not show that the rear leaf springs were oiled. This will not solve the problem.

Robert is very easy to talk to - he makes you feel well taken care of - when you bring a car in that has had multiple problems it is satisfying to work with someone that cares. Robert helps you get through the process with ease - I feel you are fortunate to have him represent your company. I have never had a bad experience with the employees in your service department. I will always feel comfortable bringing my car there. I am so frustrated with the quality of my car but am so glad I have a warranty and have never had a hassle with the dealer honoring it. Glad you have service reps like Robert!!
