This was my sixth visit to the service center and I have always felt I was served honestly and a part of my vehicles maintenance. Robert and the staff have always been polite, professional, and courteous.

The service advisor was very attentive,polite and professional. As soon as I arrived at the service department he came out to meet me and got started on the order right away.
My car was in for maintenance. I had an appointment at 9:30 and was there until noon. I had to go and ask about it. By that time all l wanted to do was get my car and leave. Unfortunately it was a bad experience. The staff was courteous but l was very tired . I just don’t understand why it took so long.
Your Service Rep was very personable, polite, and professional. The service to my car appears to have corrected my original concerns and taken care of missed services. Thanks!

I got the oil change and I was suppose to get the tires rotated but they didn't do it...
So I will call back tomorrow morning to see when they can do the tires!
While standing in line to check out, there was a very upset lady yelling at José. I'm sure it was just a miscommunication between she and whoever took her call however, she was sort of taking it out on Jose. She was very rude. I want to let you know José handled himself very well and very professionally. He never raised his voice once nor did he scrutinized her or demean her in any way. The lady who actually took the initial call came out from behind the doors and spoke to the rude customer, taking over allowing Jose to complete the checkout process for me. As far as my vehicle, I am always happy with the service.

I submitted my complaint already regarding my 1pm oil change this past Monday. I didn’t leave until after 3:30pm. My car was brought up & ready but it took nearly 40 minutes for me to pay and leave. I had my 4 year old with me so the wait time was pretty difficult. Luckily someone else was able to pick up my kid from middle school. Office seemed understaffed as Robert was the only one at his desk when my car was ready. He was visibly overwhelmed with phone calls, questions from incoming customers.
Mr. Robert works very well and correctly explains everything that is going to be done to the vehicle and especially the time it takes to get the job done by a person who does know how to do his job very well
