When I came in to get my car service I was a little anxious but Tom went out of his way to ease my concerns and make me feel like a valuable customer. Thanks for making this process extreme easy. Will definitely be back for my next maintenance.

I will say this. I appreciated the care that was done to my car but I was left in the dark when my car was suppose to be done. I was told it was going to be done the day before and when I came. It was not. That added a layer of inconvenience to me as it wasn’t my fault it needed a recall. I also didn’t appreciate wrapping a rubber band around my car key. To you this may seem little but these keys are sensitive and cost a bit of money. In the end. This just confirms why I don’t take my car in to the dealership for work to be done. Thank you.

Thomas was great and was VERY helpful. He gave me thorough information about my service and was accurate with the completion timeframe which helped me plan out my day. He was also very friendly and patient with my 2yr old son I had to bring with me into the service office!

Paisley was outstanding. Even though you didn't have the airbag that visit had been scheduled in advance to replace, she was able to get it within a day. When the paint on my hood got damaged while at Mazda of Orange, she owned and promised to get it fixed.

Sarah listened to our concerns, and researched this situation before coming up with a satisfactory remedy to the problem. Before speaking to her, we were very unhappy with the runaround that we were getting from the other staff. She took the time to truly listen, Took our concerns seriously, and followed through with the remedy.
