Trying to get a hold of someone to get an update on my daughters vehicle was near to impossible. I was on the phone with your operator more than I was with my service advisor.
I came in for scheduled maintenance on my Mazda. Thomas greeted me promptly and with a smile. He reviewed what my car needed with me, set up a Lyft to pick me up, and I was on my way back home in about 10 minutes. Once my car was ready he texted me and, because I didn’t have a ride back, kindly scheduled a Lyft to pick me up from my house. Everything was very smooth. I appreciated it very much ????
