I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the recent visit I made to the Mazda of Orange service center. I went in for my 15k scheduled maintenance and one of the items in the package was a battery service for my Mazda 6. I received a report at checkout stating my battery was in good condition and I drove off the dealership. The following day my car battery died and I had to pay $75 dollars for a jump start. I thought it was an error on my part and I mu on or a car door open. Then the following day, my car battery dies again and I need to pay for another jump. I had to pay a total of $150 dollars in jump starts. Then I went to the dealership and was told I needed a new battery as the one in my car was faulty. What kind of service is that??? How am I supposed to trust the technicians working on my car if they can't even tell me when my battery is dying? Then to top it all of I had to pay for a new battery and installation at your dealership regardless. So not only did you waste my time waiting for two jumps starts and cost me $150 dollars, when I explain my situation, I don't even get an apology from Thomas for all the trouble I had to go through. This is the last time I will be taking my car to your dealership for maintenance and you better believe I will leave my review of your place of business on all public outlets.
