Mohammed was great. When I arrived, there were two employees behind the desk. I was not greeted until Mohammed came in 5 minutes later. It’s not a huge deal...but I manage an urgent care and stress the importance of acknowledging someone when they enter our establishment.
Aside from that, Mohammed was personable, gave me a reasonable estimated wait time... offered me water and then contacted by phone an hour later(I went for a walk outside) to let me know the service had been completed.
I appreciated his professionalism and kindness????

Thomas was great but when he left it to Eric to call us when vehicle was ready, we didn’t get a call at all. I called the dealership to find out that everyone had left for the day. We were without a car and that’s not a way to business at all. Very disappointed.
