I asked for my transmitter battery to be replaced.
But I don’t know if they did it, because it’s not listed on the repair order.

It took 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change with a scheduled appointment at 2:30pm. Wasn't ready until 5pm. The person that came out to help me was made aware Eric was the scheduled advisor, but did not care to have him help me.
Initially I was upset to hear that they weren’t able to wash my car. However it was washed! Erik was very helpful and changed settings in my car to alert me of service every 5,000 miles which I am very happy about.
