She was very nice, but, in fixing my door window motor, my side mirrors no longer work. Obviously something was not properly connected. I tried contacting service manager with no luck. Had to leave a message and havent gotten a call back.

This survey sucked because i was forced to pick between two extremes.
Paisley was great without a doubt. She has gone above and beyond to satisfy all my requests. However I’m not necessarily satisfied with the work done on my vehicle.
Did i mention that this survey sucked ? Why do i have to rate Paisley’s performance inclusively with the work done on my car?
Was kept informed and liked the text messages on status of repairs.
Thomas did all the service as promised and I a timely fashion. He stayed in good communication throughout.
